  • PROCESSING TIME
    - Please allow 2-3 business days for processing of your order. This applies to all orders except Rush Delivery. - Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day. - Please note that we will not be able to alter your order after it has been fulfilled. Most orders are fulfilled within 24-48 hrs (Mon-Fri) after the order has been placed
  • DOMESTIC SHIPPING
    We offer a number of shipping methods to meet your needs. Please refer to the information below to estimate shipping and handling charges. Items will generally be shipped via USPS free of charge. Items that ship Standard Delivery arrive in 4-7 business days. Some specialty and/or oversized items may require an additional handling surcharge. - Standard shipping (4-7 business days) - Free Ship At checkout, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date for your order, which will also be noted on your Order Confirmation email. This estimated delivery date includes processing as well as extra time to account for weekends and/or national holidays. Express or overnight orders placed after noon ET typically ship the next business day. Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. We ship to all US territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Orders shipped to PO Boxes are sent via First-Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS SurePost. Unfortunately, we cannot offer express and/or overnight shipping for these locations.
  • RUSH DELIVERY
    - For an additional $25 per address, we can ship orders received by noon ET (Mon-Fri) to arrive in 2-3 business days (2-Day Rush). - For an additional $50 per address, we can ship orders received by noon ET (Mon-Fri) to arrive in 1-2 business days (1-Day Rush). - Rush delivery is not available to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, PO boxes or Canada. Overnight delivery is available to most locations in the continental U.S.
  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
    - Prices vary depending on weight and final delivery location. Orders can be tracked after the package has left the U.S. - FEDEX International Express 3-5 Business days - FEDEX International Economy 6-10 Business days - Delays may occur due to customs. All customs duties, taxes, and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local post office for further information concerning customs duties or fees. - Please track your package through your local post office website. There you will be able to use, the tracking number provided to you via email, to check the status of your order. Once your package leaves the country we are unable to track it for you.
  • INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
    We are not responsible for incorrectly entered shipping addresses. Please make sure all shipping and billing information is accurate prior to placing the order.
  • UNDELIVERED SHIPMENTS
    In the instance that USPS tracking states that your package has been delivered, but you have not received your items, please allow 3 additional business days for the delivery of your item(s) After that time period, if you still have not received your package, contact us at info@viewwithininteriors.com.
